A great escape from the busy world.

Very relaxing. Staff make you feel very welcome. Facilities are amazing. There’s a bar next to the beach, and they give you complimentary water to stay hydrated. Breakfast was amazing. Overall a true luxury and relaxing escape.

Great stay, beautiful beach, perfect service

Amazing beach, perfect pool, kids friendly but not too much- meaning adults can enjoy the stay without being bothered. Attention to detail. Staff always friendly and helpful. The food was really good, breakfast has plenty of options and dinner buffet as well. The beach restaurant is great…if you are from Italy, do not order the pizza tho.

Very few details and very individual. Nothing major… all options of activities were not explained well as something is done by the lady in red, some by travel agency, different one by the diving center next door- overall picture of options would have helped. The only thing we really did not like was a lady animator in the kids corner that shouted at my son, he did not want to go there ever again, although it was one of the reasons why I chose Kempinsky…because they have a kids corner with animation….sadly he really did not use it again.

Nice hotel that made my vacation so wonderful!

I have enjoyed my vacation while I was there: - Nice tennis place and Padel places - Clean beach area and sun beds. Staffs are really friendly and bring ice water and some fruit shots. - After check-out you can use the refreshment area which is very clean and comfortable! - Especially: very professional and kind Lea, the lady in red!

When I arrived the hotel room, I have found the water leaking from the toilet. Therefore hotel has allocated me to another room. It took a while to handle. But there are other good things to cover this bad thing. Breakfast could be better.

Me and my wife were celebrating our honeymoon and had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel Resort, and it was a great experience. The resort boasts stunning views and luxurious style that truly make for a memorable stay. We particularly enjoyed the room amenities, which enhanced our quality of sleep to excellence. Moreover, the resort offers an amazing accessible beach and a great pool, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The experience at the Kempinski Hotel Resort was delightful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

‏While the staff could be more welcoming and accommodating, there's room for improvement in that aspect.

From the moment we arrived until the day we sadly had to leave, every aspect of our stay was absolutely magical. The room we stayed in was a haven with breathtaking views of the ocean. The spacious and beautifully decorated room provided the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in every aspect of the accommodation, from the plush bedding to the tasteful decor, exceeded our expectations. The staff truly knows how to make guests feel special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized assistance throughout our stay, every staff member went above and beyond. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness was remarkable and added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. The culinary experience at the resort was a gastronomic delight. One of the highlights was the incredible variety of breakfast options available. Exquisite and memorable

Everything, The facilities, the staff, from Lady in Red, staff everywhere and management made our stay a memorable one. Everywhere, we were greeted with warm smiles. My daughter’s and my birthday experience were out of this world. The attention to detail , personal touch. We received surprise special treats in our room and I also had nice surprise when the Le petit chef sang for me after the most delicious and delightful dinner. Later the band at the bar sang a happy birthday for me. We felt extra special.

New and nice hotel with lovely staff

The beach, the staff members, the newness of all the facilities, and all the little details that make the stay perfect. Also, the staff goes far and beyond for you. One night at the buffet I wasn’t feeling great and was walking around trying to find something I could keep down. There was one chef who noticed I wasn’t taking any food from the buffet and very kindly cooked sone boiled potatoes for me. So sweet and attentive.

We had a dehumidifier in the room that was very loud, and so was the air conditioner. At night we had to switch it off because it was too loud.

Amazing hotel facilities and location with very pleasant staff.

The staff were exceptional. We were travelling with our infant son who the hotel staff were extremely accommodating with and made our stay very relaxing and easy. The facilities are perfectly located with beautiful beach and pool access. The hotel grounds are also very large and rooms are very spacious.

It’s a nice place to stay with good amenities if you don’t mind being secluded from the rest of the island and are ok wi

Gorgeous beach that provided swimming in the ocean, hiking trails, tennis courts, swimming pool, pool table, well landscaped.

The property was very secluded from the rest of Mahe so you had to travel far to explore. The food was extremely expensive for what you received. The meals I ate off the property tasted better and were significantly cheaper. The cocktails were weak and watered down. The bartenders need to make the drinks stronger. There were small ants in our room crawling all over the tables and coffee maker.

The nature, the beach is compensating for the not very inspiring design and materials used for the hotel.

The location is amazing!

The service needs to be improved. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 plus. We had to wait at least 2 hours to check in. The table mats for breakfast are a very cheap plastic which makes you feel like you are taking the breakfast in a very cheap place. The sunbeds are made of plastic as well. It’s not a proper 5 star experience at all.

Comfort and facilities were as expected from a high class resort but with prices to match!

Room was very comfortable but quite a distance from the main facilities. So as an elderly man I made full use of the buggy rides which worked well. Breakfast was excellent as were the evening buffet dinners. The beach area around the large swimming pool was very good. The beach beside the sea was quite small but very near to the other facilities.

My only complaint is that arrival for meal times was over a fixed period (nothing unusual about that) but I did not like the fact that the moment the last arrival time was reached the breakfast food was started to be taken away. So if you arrived for breakfast near the end of arrival time you had to collect all your choice of food immediately or you lost out. A similar problem occurred in the buffet restaurant for dinner. At the beachside restaurant (waiter service) the removal of place settings, table lamps, cushions, etc.,from unused tables started at the very moment of the last arrival time which spoilt the relaxed atmosphere for those still finishing their meal.
